About the Course
Photography is the art and technology of capturing light to tell stories, shape culture, and drive industries such as media, marketing, fashion, journalism, and entertainment. In this camp, students explore both the creative and technical sides of digital photography, blending visual storytelling with real-world production skills. Students learn how professional cameras function, how to precisely control exposure, and how to compose images that communicate mood, motion, and meaning. Throughout the week, they shoot across multiple genres—including portrait, environmental, and action photography—while experimenting with lighting setups, lenses, and camera settings. The camp culminates in a polished photo series, edited using professional workflows and presented with creative intent, mirroring industry-standard practices.
